• More than 10 days before your tour date → Full refund
• Between 10 to 5 days before your tour date → 50% refund
• Within 3 days before your tour date → No refund (full charge applies)
• Bookings made within 1–2 days before the tour date are non-refundable

However, we understand that travel plans can change. You may reschedule your tour one time, at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability.

As we are a small, ethical sanctuary with limited daily spaces, last-minute cancellations or changes have a big impact on our team, logistics, and other guests who wish to visit.
